Sofia is an incredible doula and I feel very lucky to have had her support during birth and the weeks leading up to it. Sofia is kind, compassionate, and gentle. She is very knowledgeable and we found her childbirth classes to be really helpful. She was so responsive to answering our questions over email and text, and she made sure to check in frequently in the last couple of weeks before the birth. I had a huge fear of birth throughout most of my pregnancy (this was my first), and by the time I got to 39 weeks I actually felt pretty calm and prepared thanks to Sofia.
